After farming a bunch trying to get lacquered plate I decided to go into Nihilaks place and found Tal Tasha's lacquered plated in my first clear of halls of pain. Diablo, pindle, thresh socket and snapchip shatter have pretty identical drop rates for tal's armor. Hell Baal quest kill or otherwise best chances for Tal's Armor.
